Our Luxe Album Series use textured Italian paper that is acid free and non-yellowing. The pages are not rigid but are about 300 grams per square inch in weight. The pages are classified as heavy card stock.
We use durable faux leather materials for the album covers. These are textured PU leathers that have a very defined texture pattern. They have a very elegant and timeless look and feel.
Our Image Wrap Albums are printed in the same digital press as all of our products. The covers are film laminated which makes them water resistant and dust proof.
We use the latest digital press printers for our albums. Our inks are archival quality, meaning they are rated for over 200 years guaranteed not to fade.
You may upload your photos through our File Upload page. Just click on the File Upload menu on our website and it will take you to our file upload form. Please don't forget to fill up the necessary information on the form, for us to process your order faster. You will also receive a link to our File Upload page on the email we will send you after checkout.
In preparing your photos, please don't forget the following:
Limit your number of photos to the maximum limit allowed for your album specs. You may see the table of maximum photos in question 1 of this FAQ page.
Rename your cover photo to "COVER FILE" in order for us to identify which one you want to place on the cover page.
Once your layout is done, we will send you a website link with your unique username and password through email. The link will take you to our Albumproofs online proofing software where you can view, comment, and approve your layout.
After a successful upload, you will see an Upload Successful message on your screen. You will also receive an email message notifying you of a successful upload.
To resolve file upload freezing or failing issues, please try the following solutions:
1. Access our Upload Portal through Google Chrome's INCOGNITO tab (click the 3 dots at the top right side of the browser) and try to upload your photos from there.
2. Clear your browsing history. Kindly click on the 3 dots at the top right of your screen. Click on HISTORY and then HISTORY again. On the window that will appear, click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
3. If you are still having issues with the upload, may we request you to compress your photos into a .zip folder and try to upload once again. If you need help on how to zip your files, Here's an easy to follow video tutorial.

You can easily order multiple albums and just add them to your shopping cart. After you're done, just click on the checkout button and fill in the necessary customer and shipping information.
After checkout, you should receive an email containing your sales order information. This email also contains a link to sign and confirm your actual order online. After confirming and registering your online signature, you can go ahead and send your photos through our upload portal.
For a quick way of tracking the progress of your order, you may track the progress of your order by signing in to our website. From the sales order email we sent you, click the view sales order button and then sign in. Upon signing in, you will see the list of sales orders and tasks under your name. Click on the task section and you will automatically see what stage of production your order is in. You may also contact us through our Facebook messenger page so we can assist you through live chat.
Total turnaround time varies as it will depend on how quick you will approve your design layouts. But generally, we can usually send the design layout in 3-5 business days after we receive your photos. Once approved, we normally ship out your order in another 5-7 business days. Shipping time varies depending upon your shipping address.
Ideally, we encourage our customers to review and approve their orders on time. Delaying approvals will move your order further back in the queue of production orders. You may experience further delays if you don't approve your layouts on time.

We can certainly do that for you! However, this option is not available for the cash on delivery option. All orders with non-matching order and shipping address will have to settle their payments on a credit card or online wire transfer basis.
